What sizes do you offer?
Our shirts are printed on the Gildan 64000 Softstyle tee, available in sizes S–3XL. This shirt runs true to size with a classic unisex fit.
How do I find my size?
We recommend checking the Gildan 64000 size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What if my shirt doesn't fit?
Because every item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.
Shipping Times & Costs
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all shirt orders. A flat rate of $4.95 applies to any non-shirt items.
How long does production take?
Since every item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
After production, standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days. Total delivery time is generally 5–12 business days from the date of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review the size chart carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or has a print defect?
We stand behind our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or print issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Please include a photo of the issue when reaching out.
Print Quality & Materials
What material are your shirts made from?
All shirts are printed on the Gildan 64000 Softstyle, made from 100% ring-spun cotton. This fabric is lightweight, soft, and holds vibrant prints beautifully.
What printing method do you use?
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing techniques, which produce high-quality, detailed prints that are built to last.
Will the print fade over time?
With proper care, our prints are designed to stay vibrant wash after wash. See our care instructions below for best results.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking its best:
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Tumble dry on low heat
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Do not dry clean
How Print-on-Demand Works
What does "made to order" mean?
Every Ash Creek Acres shirt is printed specifically for you when you place your order. We don't hold pre-printed inventory — your item is created fresh, just for you. This means slightly longer production times, but it also means less waste and a product made with care.
Is each design unique?
Yes! Our designs are exclusive to Ash Creek Acres and are not available anywhere else. When you wear one of our shirts, you're wearing something truly one of a kind.
